THE prospect of your upcoming wedding is a wonderful incentive to take control of your health and begin a fitness program.

Fernwood Women's Health Club can help you to tone up, trim down and look terrific for the most special day of your life.

Fernwood is a women's only health and fitness centre that offers a range of exciting services including a very successful weight management program, personal trainers and child minding facilities.

The first Fernwood Women's Health Club was established in 1989 when Di Williams recognised a need for today's women to have their own space to enjoy regular exercise.

Sisters Adriana Ampuero and Grace Benavente together with their husbands own and manage Fernwood in Shellharbour and Wollongong.

Their mission is to provide the women of the Illawarra with what they want: a friendly and supportive atmosphere where they can exercise, slim down and learn about good nutrition and weight management whilst taking time out for themselves and having fun.

With Fernwood Personal Training your trainer will coach you through goal setting, ongoing weekly actions and accountability so that you get the most out of your fitness program.

Fernwood Shellharbour and Wollongong offer over 45 classes each week for all fitness levels including a cardio theatre, strength training equipment and group fitness classes including swiss ball, pilates, yoga and belly dancing.

Now is an exciting time to join Fernwood. The Shellharbour Club has just acquired new cardio equipment and the Wollongong Club has replaced its circuit with new weights and received new equipment for the personal training clients.

During the month of July Fernwood is waiving the joining fee, saving you up to $165.

Visit Fernwood at stand 26 at The Illawarra Mercury Bridal Expo or contact Fernwood Shellharbour on 4297 7300 or Fernwood Wollongong on 4226 6162.
