ANCIENT Chinese warriors developed Tai Chi to help them fight, but these days it has been modified to the relaxing form of slow and coordinated movements that look like a graceful ballet.
The movements are combined with breathing and visual imagery to produce a gentle stress-reducing exercise routine.

IT'S never too late to learn to swim. You don't have to be a toddler or a child to brave the pool: many swimming schools or pools have learn-to- swim courses designed for adults and seniors. So dive in and experience this gentle form of exercise.
